CHEESECAKE FOR FIVE
This lush, rich, savory cheesecake is ideal for divorced fathers to bring on the off chance they are invited to see their children on Thanksgiving.
YIELD: One nine-inch cheesecake.
TIME: About two hours.
INGREDIENTS
1 stick of butter
1 â…“ cups of flour
½ cup of sugar
3 eggs
¾ tablespoons baking powder
2 sticks of cream cheese
1 ½ cups of milk
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 small container of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS

For the crust, put 1 stick of butter, 1 cup and 4 tablespoons of flour, ½ cups of sugar, 1 egg, and ¾ tablespoons of baking powder into a bowl. Mix and mush it all together.

Grease a 9 inch Pyrex pie dish and spread the crust evenly onto the dish. Make sure to cover the edges.

To make the filling, add 2 sticks of cream cheese, 1 ½ cups of milk, 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 1 ½ tablespoons of flour, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until a thick, creamy liquid forms.

Pour the filling over the crust. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon evenly over the top of the filling.

Bake in the oven at 350°F for 1 hour.

After removing the cheesecake from the oven, let it cool for 1 or 2 hours. Cover with cling wrap and store in the fridge overnight.
